Shipping and Returns
Shipping times
Orders ship approximately 2 weeks from the time of purchase. After purchasing, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Digital Purchases
You will be notified immediately. Follow the step by step instructions. How to download, what to do if you have a problem or have lost the download.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic Purchases are shipped through UPS or USPS. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages during transit. Please contact shipping company. Flat rate shipping is $15 which includes tracking and insurance.
International Shipping
Currently, we are unable to ship internationally. Sorry.
Returns:
Product Returns
If your item is defective due to construction issues, or you are not pleased with your purchase, please email us within 10 days so, that we may discuss the issue. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer and won't accept returns on these items.
Please note that you need to contact us prior to any return. Also, International orders are final sale and not returnable/refundable.
- All returns of merchandise require a Return Authorization number.
- Return shipment must be prepaid via USPS Registered Mail and insured for the full value of the contents. Request a Return Receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. Refunds do not include original or return shipping charges.

Theft
We are not responsible for the loss or theft of your order once it has left our studio. Please ship your order to the most secure address. We will make every effort to protect the shipment.
